Browser Bonanza

It seems as though Internet Explorer is the most widely used browser but that doesn't mean you should only design your site for IE.  The next two most popular browsers seem to be Netscape Navigator and Opera. 

If you are unable or unwilling to review your designs in all of the top browsers, please keep your bells and whistles to a minimum so that you're more likely to have a uniformly displayed site, regardless of the browser your viewers use.

Bells and whistles include such simple things as "mouseover" functions, basic style tags and some java scripting.  It's best to check rather than look the fool.  You might be amazed at the drastic differences of display between browsers.
